Experienced in managing the full project lifecycle to achieve delivery on time, within budget and to the agreed quality specification on Projects such as South East Framework (Rail infrastructure delivery), NWC signalling project. Recognised as an influential leader, also advocating the niche area of DEI in the construction industry, delivered the winning bid for HS2 EDI, delivering change through my WIC (Women In Construction) and Diversity In Construction Ambassadorship.
