The Active Travel Fund 4 Programme is a national £200m investment in improved walking, wheeling and cycling routes. The programme aims to improve crossings and junctions to increase safety, in consultation with local residents and businesses, the investment in active travel also aims grow the economy by improving transport links, boosting high streets and creating skilled jobs.
